Personal Training
Greg De Jong is the owner and trainer at Courtyard Fitness. He has 40 years of experience and train men, women, athletes and seniors. Training is set up by appointments only.
Courtyard Fitness can help you get started and stay motivated. Expect to feel welcome and comfortable. We will help you design a personal fitness program based on your abilities, fitness level and goals. We will motivate and challenge you, but train according to personal abilities and fitness levels.
Sessions will be a step by step journey, slowly striving for gains and progress. Typical sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour two to three sessions per week. We offer rates based on individual sessions or longer term training for any period of time.
Group Classes
All group classes are instructed by certified instructors who are extremely knowledgeable in their fields. Group classes are a great way to stay motivated by exercising with others. Grab your friends and come to Courtyard Fitness.
